TERMS OF SERVICE♡ Full payment is required upfront before starting a commission.♡ Mode of payment: PayPal.♡ Refunds are strictly not allowed.♡ Please provide references, help me visualize.♡ I only do major changes during the sketch phase and minor changes on the finished art.♡ My works are for personal use only unless we made an agreement for commercial use.♡Commercial use is 2x the base price.♡payment first (upfront) I do not accept the payment after the artwork is finished.♡There is no refunds after finished the sketch process.♡ Please notify me if you don't want your commission to be posted.♡ Sketch with basic flats will be sent for approval. Changes will only be allowed in this phase. Any further changes down the process will require an additional fee.♡ I do not allow refunds after payment. If I feel the need to refund an individual, I will approach them myself.♡ Waiting time is 1-3 weeks, and even longer if it's during school/work months.
